BIO-283 Electrophoresis
Students will receive instruction on the principles of polyacrylamide and agarose gel electrophoresis and then will apply those principles in hands-on laboratory activities focused on these two laboratory methods. Students will engage in the design of experiments and then utilize these tools to explore their experimental questions.

- Differentiate between the use of polyacrylamide and agarose gel electrophoresis techniques in the laboratory.
- Design an experiment based on a testable hypothesis.
- Communicate experimental results using standard scientific journal formatting
