Topic Outline
- This is a clinical immersion experience. Students will be matched with a clinical preceptor (RN) in a selected acute care facility to complete 135 hours within a 5-week period. This experience is intended to give students the opportunity to:
- 1. Apply clinical judgment and communication skills
- 2. Manage safe, patient-centered care while working as a member of the interprofessional team
- 3. Engage in professional, legal, and ethical practice
