CJC-217 Issues in Constitutional Law
A study of Constitutional Law, including constitutional aspects of criminal law and procedure. Special emphasis will be placed on civil liberties, and individual rights guaranteed and protected by the Constitution. Legal principles, government reactions, and limits of the Constitution will also be examined. Specific attention and analysis will be given to landmark Supreme Court cases in order to emphasize the constitutional aspects of criminal justice.
