Smoking Policy

Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all students, employees, and visitors. To support this commitment, FLCC is a smoke-free and tobacco-free campus.

Smoking or using tobacco products is not allowed in any College building, College vehicle, off-campus College facility, or on outdoor property controlled by the College within 500 feet of College-owned or College-controlled buildings. Prohibited items include lighted cigars, cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and any other smoking or tobacco-related devices. Both active and passive tobacco use are prohibited.
